The data you record in DiaspoOps (properties, reports, amounts, photos and documents) stays private: it is visible only to the property owner and the invited participant, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

• Evidence files are stored privately and served only to authorized people.
• The audit history is append-only: it cannot be edited or deleted.
• We measure product usage only (event counts — no third-party trackers, no advertising cookies).
• You can export your account data at any time, and request its deletion from your Account page. We remove your profile and properties; the append-only audit history is retained (that is a guarantee of the service), as are backups until they rotate out.
• Retention: sessions and security links expire automatically; error logs are kept 30 days; evidence and audit history persist for the life of the account. Photos are optimized and sensitive metadata (GPS, device) is stripped before storage.
